UTME candidates are invited to apply for admission to the recently approved pharmacy program at Ekiti State University (EKSU), Ado-Ekiti. Anyone who meets the prerequisites and takes part in the screening procedure can apply.
Eligibility
- Candidates should have a minimum score of 240 in the 2024 UTME.
- Candidates should have five credit passes in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB in not more than two sittings.
- The Required subjects are English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- JAMB subject combination must include Use of English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
Candidates must amend their JAMB CAPS to make EKSU their first choice if they did not select it as their first choice.
Application Instructions
Step-by-Step Process
- Visit the EKSU Online Application Portal.
- Click on “ADMISSION” to access the application page.
- Sign up by providing the required details, including an active email address and phone number.
- Check your email for a verification link and confirm your account.
- Log in using your email or JAMB registration number as the username and the password created during sign-up.
- Select “2024/2025 PUTME application” on your dashboard.
- Provide your JAMB registration number.
- For those who chose EKSU, details will populate automatically.
- Others must input all required details manually.
- Click on “PAY NOW” to make the required payment for the PUTME screening form.
- Complete the application form and upload a 1″ x 1″ coloured passport photograph with a red background in JPEG format.
- Upload details of O’Level results obtained in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.
- Review your application, confirm the details, submit the form, and print the completed screening form.

- Participation in the screening process is mandatory.
- Candidates found providing false information will be automatically disqualified.
- Ensure all information provided is accurate and up to date.
